CFA Society Cyprus and Mink Learning recently teamed up for a lively one-day Private Equity Bootcamp in Cyprus, hosted at the impressive KENDRIS Ltd. offices. The day brought together a diverse group – including investors, government officials, wealth managers, and service providers from around the country – for some engaging discussion and hands-on learning.
The sessions were shaped significantly by the participants themselves, focusing on:
- The European government’s initiatives to push capital towards private equity funds across the continent
- The valuation process of private companies, specifically how the IPEV guidelines are implements
- Cyprus’s role in attracting private equity investors
It was a productive day for building both knowledge and relationships within the Cyprus financial community, all topped off by networking with fantastic views from the KENDRIS Ltd. rooftop.
